Leon Giran-Max

Giran-Max was born in France in 1867 and died in Paris in 1927.

He is best known as a painter of landscapes.

He exhibited in Paris at the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and at the Salon des Indépendants.

He was awarded the French medal of honour for his services to painting.

He is widely remembered for painting views along the Riviere and the outskirts of Paris.
