Shipping & Returns

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Painting orders, where possible, are shipped as soon as payment is received or next working day. UK orders should be delivered within 2/3 working days. Non-UK orders usually take between 7 to 14 days. Framing will be 3-4 weeks due to the bespoke nature and drying times.

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery option for the UK, this should ensure the item leaves us for a next day delivery if placed before 11.30am (however once the item leaves us by post or courier, we cannot be held responsible for the item not arriving on time). You are welcome to give us a call to place your order directly and we can advise you of availability and shipping times. We use either Royal Mail Next Day delivery or a courier service for these orders. Please note someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery.

Overseas express delivery will be charged at cost

Shipping quotes are determined by an item’s dimensional weight, which is based on the item size and shipping distance.

When goods are not shipped domestically (within your own country) or within a single customs union (such as the European Union), you will be responsible for any inbound duties and taxes your item might incur as per your local customs authority.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Don’t panic! Simply contact us ASAP. You will be asked to return the order and a replacement (where possible) will be dispatched. Once an item is reported damaged on delivery, it is not treated as a standard return, because we need to determine how the damage has occurred. For any shipments that are cited as damaged in transit, we will need relevant images and documentation for the carrier. This documentation typically has to be fulfilled within 30 days of the shipped date or the delivery date of the order. There may be additional fees and taxes applied to a return that are incumbent upon the customer to pay. Any costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.​

In the unlikely event that an item you purchase is significantly different than described, is damaged in transit or does not arrive, you may be eligible to receive a refund

You may return any order or product purchased from Victoria Fine Art within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

Original Paintings

If you decide the painting is not for you, please contact us as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: It must be returned in it’s original packaging and it must be undamaged! We accept all responsibility for it in transit as long as it is correctly packaged in it’s original packaging and on. Sadly we cannot refund the shipping costs.

Procedure:
1. Inform us via email to info@victoria-fine-art.com or 01727 861669 that you intend to return your order.
2. Ensure the goods are returned in the condition they arrived in.
3. Re-package the goods, where possible in the same packaging they were sent to you in.
4. Make sure details of your name and address are included so that we know from whom they have come.
